Russel Bridglal

Russel Bridglal is responsible for all property and location management aspects related to KA Enterprises’ Gasoline Stations and Convenience Stores. Mr. Bridglal oversees retail management, business and strategy development, customer satisfaction programs, cost analysis and inventory control. As a Field Supervisor, Mr. Bridglal conducts the firm’s cross-functional team’s management and benchmark achievement planning initiates. He is adept at implementing restructuring initiatives including cost reduction, loss prevention and management scheduling programs.

Mr. Bridglal has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Prior to working with the firm, Mr. Bridglal was employed by British Petroleum- ARCO-AM/PM in California from 1995-2008 as an executive in charge of 15 Gasoline Stations and Convenience Stores to ensure compliance with company policies. Mr. Bridglal oversaw the implementation of business management techniques to further company’s revenue growth agenda. He also ensured application of safety policies to reduce company’s exposure to litigation. He also conducted Leadership Training workshops to develop personnel for management positions.
